From both urbanism subjects in CEU University and HD_Lab's works, there have been considerations on possible growing patterns for
Unimak´s Campus in Fatima.

Proposals for discussion. July 2014

As continuing the work of collaboration between the universities of CEU San Pablo, Madrid (Spain) and Makeni (Sierra Leone) herein are presented new proposals for residential area of Unimak Campus.

Preliminary issues relating to the proposals:
1. Work together with Unimak Staff for the decision making
2. Proposals are open to discuss and set specific needs of Unimak
3. The proposals for the residential area are conceived in a long term and its economic viability should be studied
4. The approach includes the following residential types:
- Guest house
- Staff house
- Extension of seminary
-Male students residence

5. A flexible approach is chosen to integrate adjustments considered by Unimak Staff
